Gourmet Garden was born from a love for authentic Italian cuisine and a deep respect for ingredients. Our journey began with extensive apprenticeships in the back alleys of Naples, where we learned the time-honored techniques of pizza making passed down through generations. Every step, from crafting the perfect dough to firing it at scorching temperatures, is a homage to that heritage.
We truly believe the best flavors come from the best ingredients. That's why we meticulously source our authentic '00' flour, rich San Marzano tomatoes, and creamy mozzarella di bufala directly from Italy. Complementing these, we partner with dedicated local Singaporean farms for the freshest, most vibrant herbs and seasonal vegetables, truly bringing the 'Garden' to our gourmet creations. It's this fusion of global tradition and local freshness that defines every dish we serve.
